Contact us at onlineemployeestore@sbdinc.com for a return authorization on any item within 30 days.

If it is defective, we will issue you a prepaid UPS label to return the defective unit and will send you a replacement unit if the item is in stock, or refund your pay pal account if the item is out of stock.

If the item is non defective (and within 30 days of purchase), you would be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Any defective item after 30 days of purchase will be handled through the closest DEWALT Service Center in your area, so make sure you hold on to your Pay pal receipt for proof of purchase!
